• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Printing & Delivery of Practice Test Papers for g.c.e. (O/L) 2021 (2022) Value of Bid Security (LKR) : 80,000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below in Paragraph 08 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand & Five Hundred rupees (Rs. 1500/-) for one package to Provincial Director of Education (CP) from 07th February 2022 to 25th February, 2022 during office hours on working days.(09.00 hrs. tol5.00 hrs). The method of payment will be in cash. A pre Bid meeting will be held on 21st February, 2022 at 10.00hrs at Provincial Department of Education at the address given below in Paragraph 8. Sealed bids marked "Relevant Lot Name & Lot No." on top left-hand corner of the envelope & bids must be delivered under registered cover in duplicate to the address given below or deposited in the "Tender Box” provided for the purpose at the Chief Accountant-s Office at the Provincial Department of Education (Central Province ), Kandy at or before 10.00hrs on 28th February 2022. Lite bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the Chief Accountant-s Office at the Provincial Department of Education (Central Province), Kandy at 10.00 hrs on 28th February 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid- Security,” as mentioned above.
