• Tenders are invited for Procurement of General Service and Maintenance Agreement of Air Conditioners (Split Type) Installed at the Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa Bid Documents should be made on a complete set of Bidding Document purchased by any interested eligible Bidder, Agent, Representative or Nominee for or on behalf of a Bidder 011 the submission of, a) A written application to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa. b) Upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 in cash to Accountant, Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa during working hours. c) A certified copy of Certificate of Business Registration. Bid Documents could be collected from the Planning & Development Unit, Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa up to 26/10/2021 between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm during the working days. Sealed Bid Documents should be sent by registered post to the address given below or deposited in the Tender Box maintained at the Office of Chief Accountant at or before 10.00 am on 27/10/2021. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of Tenders at above address on 27/10/2021 at 10.00 am and at the time of bid opening, the Bidder or his Representative could be present as an observer.
