(a) A written request to the Divisional Secretary, Divisional Secretariat, Manmunai South & Eruvil Pattu, Kaluwanchikudy. (b) The non - refundable bid fee of Rs. 1,000.00 for the bidding documents can be paid or deposited to the A/C No. 7042000 at Bank of Ceylon, Kaluvanchikudy Divisional Secretariat, Manmunai South & Eruvil Pattu, Kaluwanchikudy. Sealed bids should be sent by registered post to the Chairperson, Regional Procurement Committee Divisional Secrvariat, Manmunai South & Eruvil Pattu, Kaluwanchikudy or deposited in the tender box kept at the Divisional Secretariat, Manmunai South & Eruvil Pattu, Kaluwanchikudy at or before to 10.30 am on 29.10.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after the time of closing at Divisional Secretariat, Conference Hall. Late bids will be rejected. Bids should be prepared in 02 copies and enclosed in two separate envelopes and mentioned as original and duplicate and sealed. The "Reference No", should be marked on the top left- hand corner of the envelopes. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 49,000.00 obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri lanka, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the bid security should be valid for 91 days from the date of closing.
