• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Multifunction Network Survey Vehicle (Mfnsv) for Road Development Authority (Rda). A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from 02.09.2021 to 13.10.2021 between 10.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on any working day on the submission of a written applications to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Fifteen Thousand (Rs. 15,000.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be by cash or bank demand draft in favour of Secretary, Ministry of Highways, Transport Connectivity and Asset Management Project (Account No. 7040463), payable at Bank of Ceylon, Administrative Complex Branch, Battaramulla, Sri Lanka. The bidder should arrange with a Courier Company by Global account or by special arrangement to effect payment at destination. The bidder should give details of arrangements made with a courier service to enable the Project Director to deposit the documents with the bidders courier service for the onward transmission and collection by the bidders. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. (Sri Lanka Standard Time) on 14.10.2021. Electronic bidding will be not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2.00 p.m. (Sri Lanka Standard Time) immediately after bid closing. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees One Million Five Hundred Thousand (LKR 1,500,000.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
