• Tenders are invited for Procurement of 39 Number of Refrigerators Procurement method will be National competitive bidding, single stage envelope system. 2. A complete set of Bid document in English language can be purchase by interested bidder on the Submission of following documents to the Accountant ,Regional Director of Health Services Office Kalmunai from 13.10.2021 to 27.10..2021 between 9.00 am to 2.30 pin on the working days upon payments of non refundable fee Rs 1000.00 in cash • A written application to the Regional Director of Health services office Kalmunai • Cedfied copy of business reSstration cedficate 3. Dully filed bid documents, marked as "Original " and "Duplicate " relevant in two sealed envelopes and enclosed one sealed envelope & Respective bid title and Package number should be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelop. Bids should either be sent by register post to the following address or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Financial Unit ,Regional Director of Health Services office, police station road Kalmunai on or before 2.30pm 28.10.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or bidder's representative who chooses to attend. 4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security Rs 30,000.00. It shall be obtained from recognized organizations in Sri Lanka and it should be valid up 15.12.2021 5.
