• Tenders are invited for Procurement of 189 Nos of Walk behind Type Paddy Transplanters Amount for Bid Security (Rs.): 1,550,000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist - Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP). Tel : 0112871293 Fax 0112053167 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m on working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs 3,500.00 per Bidding document for each procurement (a) & (b) and Rs.20,000.00 per bidding document for procurement (c). The method of payment will be in Cash to the Project Management Unit at the address given below from 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days untill 5th August 2021. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 06th August 2021 the times specified in the bidding documents. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing the bids in the presence of bidders/ bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below and times specified in the bidding documents on 6th August 2021
