• Tenders are invited for Production of Television Short Advertisements - 2024 No. Matter Description 01 No. of Advertisements 5 02 Duration per each advertisement 30 seconds 03 Video Production Status Full HD 04 Language medium for the Video Advertisement Production Sinhala 05 Translation work The 05 advertisements made in Sinhala language should be dubbed in Tamil language. 06 Experience in the field Should be 15 years or above 07 All information relevant to the production of the 5 Advertisements. As mentioned in the bid document. 08 Aquiring required human and physical resources Should find the relevant staff, equipment and all other requistes by the production firm. Interested bidders can obtain the relevant bid documents up to 05.08.2024 on submission of a copy of the registration certificate relevant to his institution / business along with a written request and on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500/ = made to the Cashier of the Head Office of the Coconut Cultivation Board. Completed bids should be prepared in two copies as the "original" and "Duplicate" placed in separate covers marked accordingly and the two covers should then be placed in a single sealed cover and sent to be received at or before 2.30 p.m. on 06.08.2024. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 06.08.2024 immediately after closing of acceptance of bids and bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the bid opening. All bids should be accompanied with a bid security which should be unconditional valued at 1 % of the bid price, drawn in favour of the General Manager of the Coconut Cultivation Board and obtained from any reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka / Insurance coverages will not be accepted).
