• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Proposed Improvements for Roof Structure, Roof Covering with Roof Plumbing for Galle International Cricket Stadium Scope of the Work; The works consists of the Proposed Improvements for Roof Structure, Roof Covering with Roof Plumbing for Galle International Cricket Stadium incorporating Demolition works, Structural works, Architectural work, and related any other works, over a Roof Area approximately as below; • Main Building : 265.0 m2 • Right Wing : 210.0 m2 • Left Wing : 210.0 m2 And other related works described in the Drawings, Specifications, BOQ and addenda if any issued subsequently prior to the closing date of bid submission. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Sri Lanka Cricket, No. 35, Maitland Place, Colombo 07, on any working day from 8th July 2024 until 26th July 202410.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000.00 (Inclusive of all taxes) only. The method of payment will be in cash only. Bid shall be delivered in duplicate (clearly marked Original and Duplicate separately and sealed separately) to The Office of the Head of Administration, Sri Lanka Cricket, No. 35, Maitland Place, Colombo 07 on or before 10.00 a.m. on 06th August 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of the Bids at the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), No: 35, Maitland Place, Colombo 07 in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 5th November 2024 ,91 calendar days from submission of Bids. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Only (Rs 1,200,000.00), which shall be valid up to 28 days beyond the Bid Validity Period (Until 03rd December 2024). Pre bid meeting will be held on 11th July 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Galle International Cricket Stadium, Galle.
