• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Proposed Landscape Development and Beautification of Baudhdhaloka Mawatha -Gampaha Tender Fee: 7000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 252000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by any prospective Bidder or their accredited agent on submission of a written request to the Chief Accountant (Projects & Procurement), State Ministry of Urban Development, Waste Disposal and Community Cleanliness, 17th Floor, Suhurupaya, Battaramulla from 8th November 2021 to 22nd November 2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days upon payment of non-refundable fee as in the above table 01 to Shroff in Finance Division in State Ministry of Urban Development, Waste Disposal and Community Cleanliness. A Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of bank guarantee as per the specimen in the bidding documents and issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka and registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The value of the bid securities is stated in Table 01 and shall be addressed to the Secretary, State Ministry of Urban Development, Waste Disposal and Community Cleanliness. Bids shall be hand delivered or sent by registered post with original and duplicate addressed to the Secretary, State Ministry of Urban Development, Waste Disposal and Community Cleanliness, 17th Floor, "Suhurupaya”, Subuthipura Road, Battaramulla to reach at or before 11.00 a.m. on 23rd November 2021. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened soon after the closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m on 12th November 2021 at the Auditorium, State Ministry of Urban Development, Waste Disposal and Community Cleanliness, 17th Floor, “Shurupaya”, Subuthipura Road, Battaramulla. All the bidders are strongly advised to attend this meeting.
