• Tenders are invited for Proposed Modernization of Boc Digital Product Promotion Division at World Trade Center The works consists of the project are as follows. i. Removing and dismantling of existing partitions, floor carpets and wiring system ii. Repairing existing furniture and re-arranging as per the phase-out plan iii. Supply and fixing partitions iv. Supply and laying floor carpets v. Electrical wiring and Telephone wiring vi. Painting Interested Bidders may obtain further information and all clarifications from The Chief Manager (Properties and Procurement), 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, No. 01, "BOC Square", Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01 (Tel 112544310/011 2204268 Fax : 011 2449629 Email : properties@boc.lk), and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 10.11.2021 until 01.12.2021 between 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs during working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chief Manager (Properties and Procurement), 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, No. 01, "BOC Square", Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01, from 10.11.2021 until 01.12.2021 between 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs during working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.7,020.00 (including VAT) (Rs.6,500.00 + Rs.520.00 VAT). The method of payment will be in cash. Sealed bids in duplicate shall be deposited in the tender box available at the Ground floor, Bank of Ceylon, No. 01, "BOC Square", Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01, or sent by registered post addressed to Chief Manager, Properties and Procurement Department of the above address to reach him on or before 1000 hrs on 02.12.2021. Late bids will not be accepted and returned unopened. Bids will be opened immediately after closing in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
