• Request for proposals are invited for Prospective Investors to Develop Prime Urban Lands Jointly with UDA. • The RFP documents containing the Details of the Project, Eligibility of Applicants, Terms of Reference, Proposed PPP Model can be purchase from the Real Estate Management and Development Division, Urban Development Authority, 8th Floor "Sethsiripaya" Stage I, Battaramulla from 9,00 am, to 2,30 p.m. on working days from 2Sth September 2022 to 15th November 2022 upon a payment of non - refundable fee of LKR 100,000 inclusive of Government taxes to the Finance Division of the UDA at 6th floor, "Sethsinpaya" Stage I, Battaramulla.
