• Tenders are invited for Providing Catering Service for Staff Training College, People-s Bank Value of Bid Security: Rs. 150,000/ Tender document could be obtained upon payment of Rs. 5,000/- for tender as a nonrefundable Tender fee from the under mentioned office between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. from 02.09.2024 to 25.09.2024 on working days of the Bank and the company request letter. 2. Perfected tender document should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/ Bid Bond from a Commercial Bank acceptable to the People-s Bank for the value of Rs. 150,000/- valid for a minimum period of 180 calendar days from the date of opening the tender. Bank pay orders/Bank drafts with minimum period of 180 calendar days are also acceptable in lieu of Bid bonds. Cheque drawn by the tenderer will not be accepted. A cash Deposit in the form of any type of account at people-s Bank together with simple letter of set off can be accepted. 3. Sealed tenders addressed to Chief Manager (Supplies), People-s Bank, Supplies Department, No. 30/ 101, Kew Road, Colombo 02, may be sent by registered post or deposited in the tender box kept at this Department on or before 2.00 p.m. on 05.06.2024. Tenders will be closed on 05.06.2024 at 2.00 p.m. and open immediately after closing at 2.00 p.m. Tenders received after 2.00 p.m. on due date will be rejected and returned unopened
