• Tenders are invited for Providing of Cleaning and Janitorial Services for the Department of Immigration and Emigration. 1. Head Office “ Suliumpaya-, Sri Subhuthipura Rd. Battaramulla. 2. Kandy - Regional Office 3. Vavuniya - Regional Office 4. Kumnegala - Regional Office 5. Matara - Regional Office 6. Officers' Restroom at the Trincomalee Port 7. Officers' Restroom at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake 8. Officers' Restroom at the Hambantota Port 9. Officers' Restroom at the Mattala International Airport 10. Officers- Restroom at the Jaffna International Airport 11. Office of the Colombo Port 12. Office of the Galle Port 13. Detention С amp at Mirrlrana 14. Detention Camp at Welisara. All bids shall be sent to the address of the Controller General of Immigration and Emigration accompanying a bid Security as mentioned in the form in Section 3.4 of the Bidding document. The bid security shall be for an amount of Rupees Four Lakhs ( Rs. 400,000.00), shall be valid up to 07.02.2022 and it shall be issued by a commercial Bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. A Pre-Bid Meeting in this regard will be held on 15.10.2021 at 2.00 p.m. at the Controller General-s Office, Department of Immigration and Emigration, ‘Suhurupaya-, Sri Subhuthipura Road, Battaramulla. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Deputy Controller (Procurement), 5th Floor, Wing ‘B\ Procurement Division, Department of Immigration and Emigration, ‘Suhurupaya1, Sri Subhuthipura Road, Battaramulla from 04.10.2021 until 26.10.2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days upon payment of a fee of Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Rs.5,500.00/-(Non-Refundable).
