• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Providing Cleaning Service Bidding documents could be obtained on working days from 25,10-2021 to 14.11,2021 from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m by producing the receipt for the payment of Rs. 1,000/- as non-refundable fee to the shroff of the Institute along with a written request made to the Assistant Registrar/ Administration. Sealed bids in duplicate mentioning "Bids for Cleaning Service" on the upper left hand corner of the envelope should be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Rajagiriya and shall be deposited in the Tender Box available at the Administration Division of the Institute or sent by registered post at or before 2.00 p.m. on 15.11.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after closing in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives. Late bids will be rejected. Bids shall be valid up to 90 days after the deadline for bid submission. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 130,000/= and it shall be valid up to 15.02.2022.
