Tenders are invited for Providing General Insurance Cover to Lanka Sathosa Limited Following Assets & Liabilities need to be covered: 1. Total Stock & Stock In-transit (Outlets / Warehouses) 2. Money (In-transit and in outlets) 3. Public and Product Liability Insurance 4. Fixed Assets (Outlets / Warehouses /RM Office, Head Office) 5. Vehicles Interested Bidders shall obtain a Bidding Documents in English language by submitting authorization letter from below mentioned address from 24,h June 2024 to 15th July 2024 by paying Rs.5,000.00 (non-refundable) tender fee. Lanka Sathosa Head Office, Procurement Division (3,d floor), No 27, CWE Secretariat Building, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 02. Bidding Documents will be issuing only for the representatives of Head Office staff of the Insurance Companies. (Insurance Company Agents and Insurance Brokers would not be considered) one Bidding Document will be issuing for an insurance company. Therefore, Bidder shall bring authority letter authorized by the Head of the respective Insurance Company. Prc Bid meeting will be held on 05lh July 2024,11.00 a.m. at the above address(Parlicipation is mandatory). Bids should be sent by registered post or deposited in the tender box placed at the above address, on or before 15"'July 2024, 12.00 p.m. The top left hand corner of the envelope containing the bids should be marked as “LSL/PRO/05/95/General Insurance/2024”.
