• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Providing Janitorial Services to the Head Office Premises of Sltda for 03 Years. The payment of a non-refundable fee LKR 3,500/- should be deposited to the Bank AC No. 7119413, Bank of Ceylon, Corporate Branch, Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (Note: Please Fill the Depositors Details and Purpose of Deposit in the Cash Deposit Slip as "Non-Refundable Tender Fee" and it is mandatory to submit the aforesaid original cash deposit slip with the Bid. The payment should be made only in cash) Sealed Bids with the duplicates to be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, Procurement Division (4th Floor), Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, No.80, Galle Road, Colombo 03 reached at or before 2.00 p.m. on September 11,2024 (Bid closing at 2.00 p.m, on September 11, 2024). It should be written as "Providing Janitorial Services to the Head Office Premises of SLTDA FOR 03 YEARS" at the left-hand top corner of the Envelope. Late Bids will be rejected and Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Procurement Division (4th Floor) of SLTDA, No.80, Galle Road, Colombo 03 in the presence of a Bidder's representative who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of Bid closing (up to December 11, 2024) Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 28, 2024 at 10:00 hrs. at Chairman's Board Room (1st Floor of SLIDA). All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of LKR 400,000/-. Bid Security shall be valid up to January 11, 2025
