• Tenders are invited for Providing Janitorial Services from Palatuwa to Mattala Eom&M Division Bid Security: 275000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during office hours from Director (EOM&M D), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragaina if necessary. TP: 011-3047806, Fax: 038 2289560. Pre-Bid meeting related to the Item No. 01 will be held on 12.10.2021 at 10.30 a.m at the office of the Director (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragaina and Item No. 02 will be held on 14.10.2021 at 11.30 a.m at the Additional Director's Office, Seeduwa and Pre-Bid Meeting related to the Item No. 03 will be held on 13.10.2021 at 11.30 a.m at the the Additional Director-s Office, Beliatta of EOM&M Division. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director, (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragaina from 23/09/2021 until 18/10/2021 between 09:00 hrs 14:30 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 8,000 + 640 (VAT) for each document. The method of payment will be in cash. As per the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 19S7, the agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of Companies. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for an amount given in the above table. Bid Security shall be valid until 17/02/2022. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the Chairman, EOM&M Division Committee, C/o Director, EOM&M Division, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragaina at or before 14:00 hrs on 21.10.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 20/01/2022.
