• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Providing of Security Services for Sanhinda Sewana, Helamuthu Sewana "A" and Helamuthu Sewana "B" Housing Schemes. A Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 110,000.00 and valid up to 31st August 2024 in the form of bank guarantee as per the specimen in the bidding documents and issued by a commercial bank in Sri Lanka and registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid securities are stated in shall be addressed to the Chairman, Urban Development Authority. Bids shall be hand delivered or sent by registered post with original and duplicate addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Minor), 7th Floor, Urban Development Authority, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla to be received on or before 17th May 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre^bid meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 10th May 2024 at the Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla. All the bidders are strongly advised to attend this meeting.
