Description:
The Urban Development Authority is inviting quotations for the provision of 21 shop rooms on the ground floor of the Demhal Shopping Complex in Kalutara city centre on a monthly rental basis for a period of 30 years. Each tenderer shall pay a refundable surety bond as specified for the shop premises at the time of submission of bids. The successful tenderer will pay the monthly rent along with government tax and a security deposit equal to 6 months of the monthly rent.
