• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Want a Building with Land for Rent or Lease in Dalugama. A Building with a Space between 2000-2500 Sq. ō. In Dalugama Area, Preferably from Kiribathgoda to Peliyagoda, Facing Main Road or in Close Proximity to the Main Road. The Access Road for the Building shall not be Less than 20 Feet in Width and shall be Suitable for Heavy Vehicles. Premises should be Available with Telephone, Electricity, Water Supply, Drainage Facilitates and Ample Parking Space. The Property should be with a Land between 25-40 Perches in Extent, Preferably with a Parapet Wall Surrounding the Property.
