In Nugegoda Area, Preferably in Mirihana, Nugegoda, Delkanda or Jubilee Post, Facing Main Road or in Close Proximity to the Main Road. The Access Road for the Building shall not be Less than 20 Feet in Width and shall be Suitable for Heavy Vehicles. Premises should be Available with Telephone, Electricity, Water Supply, Drainage FaciliɵEs and Parking Space for at Least Five Vehicles. The Property “Building with Land Nugegoda Csc” should be with a Land around 40 Perches in Extent, Preferably with a Parapet Wall Surrounding the Property.
