• Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services to Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama. Rasavi Medical Complex Value for Which Bank Overdraft Facilities should be Obtained (Rs.) 6,467.913.17/-. Bid Security: 390,000/-. Bid Document Fee: 3500 Duly perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to 'Chairman. Ministry Procurement Committee 'A' / ‘C2-. Ministry of Health (New Building), 2nd Floor. No. 26. Sri Sangaraja Mawatha. Colombo 10” or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Additional Secretary. (Procurement), 2,ul Floor, New Building. Ministry of Health or handed over to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 17.11.2021. The caption ‘Provision of Cleaning Services for the .................Hospital/Institute for Year 2022/2023” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid. Late bids will be rejected. Separate bids should be submitted for each institution for the provision of cleaning services to the Hospitals and Institutions under the Ministry of Health and the original of the required documents may be submitted with one bid and in other bids it should be clearly indicated with which bid the Original Documents are enclosed and the certified copies may be submitted with other bids separately. Bids should be in duplicate in separate covers marked ‘original- and ‘duplicate- and submitted reinserted in a single envelope.
