• Tenders are invited for Provision of Cooked Meals and Cleaning of Soiled Linen - 2025. Bid documents issuing institution Districts where Hospitals belong (1) Work to be carried out (2) Central Provincial Department of Health Services Matale District Cooked Meals / Soiled Linen Kandy District Cooked Meals / Soiled Linen Nuwaraeliya District Cooked meals only Relevant bid documents can be obtained during weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on submission of the receipts received from the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Health Services for the payment by cash of Rs. 2500/- for cooked meals, Rs.1000/- for Cleaning of soiled linen (should pay an amount of Rs. 2500/- only for bid documents for Cleaning of soiled linen at the Dambulla Hospital), to the Accounts Section of the Provincial Department of Health Services. As stated in the schedules 1, 2, 3 made available with the bid documents, the bid security should be paid by cash and a certified copy of the receipt received for the above payment made from the Shroff of the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services should be attached with the Bid. For cooked meals, each bid should be accompanied with a Worth Certificate issued by the Divisional Secretary of the area of residence for the specified value. Duly completed sealed bids could either be sent by registered post addressed to Central Provincial Director of Health Services, Central Provincial Department of Health Services, P.O. Box 163, Sangaraja Mawatha, Kandy or placed in the bid boxes kept separately for each District in the Accounts Section of the Department of Health Services, to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 10.10.2024.
