• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Electric Lighting System Services A registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 will be levied for each item contained in A, B, C, D, E, F and G above. When applying for more than one item, each extra item will be charged Rs. 1000.00 and the relevant payment should be made to the Shroff in the Department of Sports Development. Qualified Companies and individuals expecting to supply the goods/equipment and services stated above, can obtain the relevant application forms from the Procurement Section and shall pay a non-re fundable amount of Rs. 1000.00 for each item to the Shroff in the Department of Sports Development. Duly completed application as per the instructions in the instruction sheet obtained from the Procurement Division, should be sent by registered post to the address of Director General, Sports Development Department, No. 09, Philip Gunawardena Mawatha, Colombo 07 to be received at or before 1.00 p.m. on 12.12.2022. Or else should be brought and placed in the tender-box located in the office of the Director (Procurement). On the top left hand corner of the cover containing the application, should bear the words, “Suppliers and Construction Contractors Registration - 2023”. (Applications in this regard will be issued from 11.11.2022 to 01.12.2022 only on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m.)
