• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services at Base Hospital, Kolonne Bid Bond: 30000/-. Non refundable Fee: Rs 2500/-. Bid documents will be issued by the Office of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Director of Health Services between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 21.10.2021 until 09.11.2021 and from 9.00 a.m. up to 12.00 noon on 10.11.2021. Bids will be closed at 10.00 a.m. on 11.11.2021. The receipt obtained from this office upon payment of the relevant fee and the written request for documents should be submitted to obtain bid documents. Bids in duplicate as Original and Duplicate in documents obtained from the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Director of Health Services should be perfected in Sinhala language and inserted in separate covers, sealed and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed and may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, Office of the Provincial Director of Health Services, No. 75, Dharmapala Mawatha, Ratnapura" or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Accounts Division of the Office of the Provincical Director of Health Services to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 11.11.2021. The caption "Tender for the Provision of Cleaning / Security Services for the District General Hospital / Base Hospital / Regional Hospital / Office of the Provincial Director of Health Services" on the left- hand top corner of the envelope containing the tender. Bids will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on 11.11.2021 at the Office of the Provincial Director of Health Services. Bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of bids. Bid documents may be inspected free of charge at this office between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
