• Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services for year 2021/2022 The Intended Service Period is One Year with Effect from 15,H November 2021 to 14th November 2022. Bidding* will be Conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be Purchased by Interested Bidders on Submission of a Written Application to the Assistant Registrar-General Administration, Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa, Diyagama, Homagama on Working Days from 13.09.2021 To 04.10.2021 between 0900 Hrs and 1500 Hrs and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 3,500/= (Three Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) to the Account Number 308280 in the Name of Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa of the Bank of Ceylon, Homagama Branch. (Payments can be Made Online Transfers or Any Other Methods). The Bidder should Also Comply with the Statutory Requirements of Payment of Salaries under the Wages Board Ordinance, Contribution to Epf and Etf. Sealed Bids must He Delivered by Registered Post to the Address Given below or Deposited in the Tender Box Kept in the Office of General Administration, Itum at or before 1500 Hrs on 05th October 2021. Late Bids will He Rejected. Bids will He Opened at 15.15 Hrs at the Board Room, Division of Student Affairs, Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa, Diyagama, Homagama in the Presence of the Bidders- Representatives Who Choose to Attend in Person. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 275,000/= Issued by a Reputed Commercial Bank Operating in Sri Lanka.
