In delivering the perfected forms, it should be submitted only to the Divisional Office relevant to the district where the land is located. The caption, "Registration of Rubber Lands - 2022” should be marked on the top left-hand comer of the envelope or as the Email title. When giving answers to the questions referred to in the form, mention "Not known" for those not understandable.
