• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Transport Services including Passenger Transport and Transport of Construction Materials Applications may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Secretary, Anamaduwa Pradeshiya Sabha, Anamaduwa” or hand delivered to receive before 15.12.2021. The caption “Registration of Suppliers for year 2022” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be sent with the application and the payment may be made either by cheque, Money Order or in cash and the cheques and Money orders should be drawn in favour of “Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Anamaduwa”. Further, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be attached to the application.
