• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Vehicles on Hire Basis. Relevant details and bid documents may be obtained up to 3.00 p.m. from 10.11.2022 to 29.11.2022 on submission of the receipt obtained from the shroff of the University of Ruhuna upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 from Deputy Registrar, General Administration. Duly perfected bids indicated as "Original" and "Duplicate" inserted in separate covers enclosing both in one cover making "Invitation of Bids for Transport Facilities 2022- 2023" on the left hand top corner of the envelope and may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Procurement Committee (General Administration) University of Riihuna, Wellaiiiadama, Matara" or deposited in the Tender Box No.01 kept in the Office of the Registrar at the same address to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 30.11.2022. Bids should be accompanied by the receipt as the refundable bid security obtained from the shroff of the University of Ruhuna upon payment of Rs. 5000.00 in favor of Vice Chancellor University of Ruhuna. Certified copy of vehicle registration certificate, valid revenue license, and the valid full liability insurance certificate and valid driving license should be produced with the bids. The late and incomplete bids will be rejected.
