• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Public Liability Insurance Coverage Public Liability Insurance Coverage for Expressway Users for One Year Period-2021/2022 Bid Security: 30,000/-. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Section, Expressway Operation, Maintenance & Management Division, Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama (Telephone: 038-2289034, Fax: 038-2289560) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours free of charge. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language shall be obtained by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama from 14/10/2021 until 05/11/2021 between 09:00 hrs. and 14:30 hrs. upon payment of a non-\ refundable fee of Rs. 1,500.00 + 120(VAT). As per the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 1987, the Agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of Companies. Pre-Bid Meeting - on 26/10/2021 at 10.00 a.m at the Head Office, Eom&M Division, Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama Bids shall be Delivered to the Director (Eom&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama At or before 14:30 Hrs. On 05/11/2021. Late Bids will be Rejected. Bids Will be Opened Soon after the Closing, in the Presence of the Bidders' Representatives Who Choose to Attend. Bid Validity Period shall be until 04/02/2022. Each Bid shall be Accompanied by a Bid- Security. Bid- Security shall be Valid until 06/03/2022.
