• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Purchase of a Brand New Maintenance and Emergency Response Tug (Mert) for Ceylon Petroleum Corporation The bidders shall collect the bidding document in person with producing the payment receipt of non-refundable fee of US$ 125 or LKR 25,000.00 (i.e. LKR 23,148.15 + 8% VAT) to the Account No. 004100110208633 of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation of People-s Bank (Head Office) and the payment receipt should be submitted along with the Bid. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the bidders can download the bidding document from CPC website, i.e - http://ceypetco.gov.lk/public-tenders/. The bidder should pay a non-refundable fee of US$ 125 or LKR 25,000.00 (i.e. LKR 23,148.15 + 8% VAT) to the Account No. 004100110208633 of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation of People-s Bank (Head Office) and the payment receipt should be submitted along with the Bid. Any Bid submitted by fax or email will not be considered for evaluation and will be rejected. However, the bidders who wish to download the bidding document from the website using the above provision shall get a prior consent from CPC by emailing their details mentioning the title of procurement in the subject to the following email ID supplies@ceypetco.gov.lk . If no prior consent from CPC via email is obtained as mentioned above, CPC will not hold any responsibility for not receiving any updates regarding this procurement such as amendments to the bid document, etc. All Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security amounts to US$. 120,000 (LKR 25,000,000.00) The Bid will be closed at 1400 hrs. on 29.03.2022 and opened at the Office of Manager (Procurement & Stores), Ceylon Petroleum Corporation at the address given below, immediately after the closing time of the Bid. Bidders or their authorized representatives may present at the opening of the Bid. As per the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 1987, the Prospective Consultants shall be registered in Department of Registrar of Companies through https://eroc.drc.gov.lk/ website and submit PCA 3 certificate along with their Proposal.
