• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Cleaning Agents for the National Hospital Laundry, Kandy. 01 Laundry Liquid for Washing Fabric 6000 Litres 02 Heavy-Duty Detergent Liquid for Removal of Dark Colour Patches 6000 Litres 03 Emulsifier for Removal of Oil Patches 04 Chloro Bleach Liquid for Removal of Patches in White Fabric 05 Oxygen Bleach Liquid for Removal of Patches in Coloured Fabric 06 Fabric Software for Softening' of Fabric 07 Neutralizer Removal of Applied Chemicals and Eliminating Micro Organism 08 Fabric Perfume Scenting Fabric Since Bids will be Opened at 10.30 a.m. On 17.12.2021, You are Hereby Informed to Submit the Bids before 10.30 a.m. On this Day. Bids should be Addressed to “Chairman, Regional Procurement Board, National Hospital, Kandy and Sent by Registered Post or if Hand Delivered, These could be Inserted in the Sealed Bid Box Kept in the Chief Accountant-S Office to Receive before the Specified Time. The Date of Opening Bids and “Bid for Supply of Cleaning Agents for the Laundry” should be Marked on the Topleft-Hand Corner of the Envelope Containing the Bid. The Original Receipt Obtained for Payment of the Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 2,000.00 to the Shroff of the National Hospital, Kandy and a Certified Copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be Submitted when Obtaining Bid Documents. Bid Documents could be Obtained on Normal Working Days from 25.11.2021 up to 16.12.2021 between 9.30 a.m. And 2.30 p.m. From the Accounts Section of the National Hospital, Kandy on Submission of a Written Request. A Letter of Approval from the Applicant along with the National Identity Card should be Submitted when a Representative Calls over for this Purpose. Bid Forms could be Inspected at the Accounts Section of the National Hospital, Kandy Free of Charge before Obtaining' Bid Documents. A Bid Security to the Value of Rs. 100,000.00 Obtained in Favour of the Director, National Hospital, Kandy, Valid for 180 Days from the Date of Opening' Bids should be Attached to Every Original Copy of the Bid and Submitted. Bids should be Prepared According to the Conditions and Specifications Indicated in the Bid Documents and Submitted. Bids will be Opened Immediately after Closing of Accepting Bidsat 10.30 a.m. On 17.12.2021 in the Director-S Office of the National Hospital, Kandy. The Applicant or an Authorized Representative could be Present at the Opening of Bids. A Letter of Approval Issued by the Applicant and the National Identity Card should be Submitted when a Representative Calls over for this Purpose.
