• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Computers and Accessories' for Provincial Zonal and Divisional Education Offices (a/ Pura and Polonnaruwa) under Province Specific Development Grants (Psdg) - 2024. All in One Desktop Computers 06 Ups (650 VA) 06 Value of Bid Security (Sl Rupees) 23985/-. Non Refundable Form Fee (Ks.) 1000/-. Interested bidders can obtain furhter details required from the Chief Accountant of the North Central Provincial Department of Education (Tel No. 025-2222432) from 01st July - 2024 up to 23rd July, 2024 during office hours (9.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.) and can also inspect the bid documents, complete set Bid documents prepared in English can also be purchased during the above period on submission of a written application made to the Provincial Director and on payment of a non refundable fee (as stated above). Pre bid meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at the Project Office of the Provincial Department of Education at 2.00 p.m. on 15.07.2024. Completed bids could either be placed in the bid box kept in the official room of the Chief Accountant of the North Central Provincial Department of Education or sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province, Anuradhapura to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 24th July 2024. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids and bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening
