• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Medical Equipment 1 Rhino-Laryngo Fiberscope for ENT Theater (Fiber Optic Flexible Video Nasolaryngoscope) 01 2 Feeding pumps 01 3 Radiology Ultrasound Scanner with 04 probes 01 The receipt obtained for payment of a non-re fundable fee of Rs. 2500.00 in cash for one document to the Shroff of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Matale should be submitted to obtain the relevant bid documents. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 27.09.2021 at the Auditorium of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Matale. A Bid Security valid up to 24.12.2021 from the opening date of bids for 2 % of the bid value, obtained from a commercial bank certified by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka drawn in favour of the “Regional Director of Health Services, Matale” should be submitted and if submitting the Bid Security in valid Sri Lankan currency 1 % of the Bid value should be paid to the Shroff at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Matale and a certified copy of the receipt should be submitted. Duly completed bids should be sent by registered post to the address below to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 04.10.2021 or could be hand-delivered to the Bid Box kept at the Accounts Division in the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting bids. The bidder or his authorized representative could be present on this occasion.
