• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Printing Papers and Art Boards Form Fee and Issuance: 2500 Value of Bid Bond : 75000/- Inspection .lint Obtaining of Bid Documents - Bid documents pertaining to the sale of 03 condemned vehicles by tender may be obtained from the Shroff Division, Head Office of the Central Cultural Fund at No. 212/1. Bauddhaloka Mawatha. Colombo 07 and Project Manager. Central Cultural Fund. Ahhayagiriva Project. Jethawana Project and Bataliva Replicas Resort between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. OB Weekday* trom 08.11.2021 until 29.11.2021. Bid documents for the registration of suppliers for year 2022 may be obtained from the Shroff Division. Head Office. Central Cultural Fund and from Shroff Divisions of all projects between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 08.11.2021 until 31.12.2021. Bid documents for the Electrification of Cave No. 02 of Mural Paintings from the Shroff Division, Head Office, Central Cultural Fund and Shroff Division of the Dambiilla Project between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 08.11.2021 until 26.11.2021. Bid documents pertaining to the purchase of Priming Papers and Art Boards and for the purchase of Tyres, Tillies and Collars from the Shroff Division, Head Office. Central Cultural Fund between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 08.11.2021 until 29.11.2021. For the Bid Security, the receipt obtained from the Shroff Divisions of these offices upon payment in cash or the Bid Security obtained either from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or from the Construction Guarantee Fund as per the form provided should be submitted with the bid. Accordingly, the perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Procurement Committee, Head Office, Central Cultural Fund, No. 212/1, Bauddhaloka Mawatha. Colombo 07“ or sealed and may be deposited in the Tender Box reserved for this at the Supplies Division of this office to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 30.11.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 2.00 p.m. on 30.11.2021 at the Head Office and the bidder or his nominated representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
