• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Hardware Items. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 19th August 2024 until 10th September 2024 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 4,000.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. Bids shall be valid from 11th September 2024 to 12th December 2024 both days inclusive (90 days). All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Three Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 249,903.00). LKR 249,903.00 shall be issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid-Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand bond and shall be valid up to date of Bid Opening from 11th September 2024 to 12th January 2025 with both days inclusive (120 days).
