• Tenders are invited for Purchase of a House/Hotel for a Circuit Bungalow to the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major) Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL), will receive sealed bids from house/hotel owners who posses the following building requirements having for sale in Anuradhapura.  Should be a house/hotel (single or two storied) situated around 5 kilometers from Anuradhapura city limits.  Should have easy access by motor vehicles and road width should be minimum of 15 feet  Should have clear Deed, approved survey plan, approved building plan by the Local Authority.  Should be a complete house or a hotel with a minimum four (04) bedrooms with attached bathrooms, hot water, A/C, a kitchen, dining room  Separate two (02) rooms for staff and a Driver room (with toilets)  House/hotel should be located in an attractive environment and availability of a spacious compound will be an advantage.  Parking space should be available for minimum four vehicles  Should have an uninterrupted pipe borne water service, electricity and telephone facilities  The respective house/hotel should be without furniture  The premises should have clear titles with minimum 30 years or higher. In case of a State Grant, 30 years of title will not be required and consent letter from Divisional Secretary for the transfer will be required  The area of the land be around 40 perches  Age of the house/hotel should be less than 15 years  Avalabale of additional facilities such as solar power, CCTV etc could be advantage.
