• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Liquid Oxygen Tanks for Base Hospital, Dambadeniya Non-refundable Bid Form Fee (Rupees): 1000/- Value of Bid Guarantee (Rupees): 150000/- The words “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Storage for Base Hospitals” should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the sealed envelope containing the bids and sent by registered post addressed to Chief Accountant, Office of the North Western Provincial Director of Health Services, Negombo Road, Puwakgashandiya, Kurunegala to receive by 10.00 a.m. on 14 September, 2021 or could be inserted in the Bid Box kept in the Accounts Division. Bids will be opened at 10.05 a.m. on 14 September, 2021 at the Office of the North Western Provincial Director of Health Services, and the bidder or his authorized representative could be present on this occasion.
