• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Purchase of New Motor Cycles for the Courts Security Division to be Deployed for the Security of the Hon. Judges of the Superior Courts Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Accountant (Procurement) of the Procurement Division, 1st Floor, Ministry of Justice, Colombo 10 and the bid documents may be inspected during office hours (between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.) on weekdays (except on Public Holidays) from 29.09.2021 at the Procurement Division. Tel. No. / Fax No. 011-2438178. A complete set of bid documents may be purchased during office hours (between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.) from 29.09.2021 until 13.10.2021 on submission of a written request to the Secretary, Ministry of Justice. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bid documents in English language up to 3.00 p.m. on 13.10.2021 upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 to the ministry. Bidders may download the bid documents from the Ministry website www.mol.gov.lk owing to the Covid - 19 pandemic situation and the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 may be credited to Account No. 176100109026395 maintained at the City Centre Branch of Peoples Bank in favour of the Ministry of Justice and the bank payment slip should he submitted with the bid documents. All bids should be accompanied by a bid security to the value of Rs. 320,000.00 in Sri Lankan Rupees in the form of a bank guarantee as per the form attached to the bid documents. Bid security should be valid until the date mentioned in the bid document. Value of the bid security should be as per the value mentioned in each of the Invitation for Bid documents. Any bid without a bid security attached will be rejected. Bid security should be bank guarantee of a state commercial bank.
