• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Polybags - 2021. Interested Bidders can obtain the relevant Bid Documents, prepared in English, on submission of a written request along with a certified copy of the Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Registrar of Companies and on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00, made to the Cashier of the Coconut Cultivation Board. Bid documents will be issued up to 18.01.2022. Completed bids should be sent to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 19.01.2022. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 19.01.2022, immediately after closing of acceptance of Bids. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening. All bids should be accompanied with an unconditional Bid Security to the value of 1% of the bid price, drawn in favour of the General Manager, Coconut Cultivation Board and obtained from any reputed commercial bank in Si Lanka. (Insurance coverages will not be accepted).
