• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Purchase of PVC Items for External Service (Zone 21) Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 04th October 2021 until 26th October 2021 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 3,500.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. Bids shall be valid up to 27th January 2022 (91 Days from the date of Bid Opening). All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Rupees (LKR 125,000.00) shall be issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand bond and shall be valid up to 24th February 2022 (119 Days after the date of Bid Opening). Bids shall be delivered to the address below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed in the below address at or before 1000 hrs on 27th October 2021. Late bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend.
