• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Tiles and Electrical Accessories Required for the 0pd Entrance and Atrium Section of the Gampaha Base Hospital Tender Form Fee (except Those Registered with the Authority) 1000.00 + 2.5% +18% Bid Security: By CAsh 27500/-. By Bank Insurance Security: Rs 55000/-. Relevant Bid Documents can be Obtained from 18.01.2024 up to 01.02.2024 011 Weekdays, between 9.00 a.m. And 2.30 p.m. Subject to the Tender Form Fee Stated above, from the Procurement Section Of this Authority. The Relevant Bid Security could Either be Submitted by Cash or by Bank Security in Accordance with the Conditions Stated in the Procurement Documents. To Qualify for Granting of Bids, Bidders should Submit the Registration Certificate Issued by the Registrar of Companies under Para 8 of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 on Occasions the Bid Amount Exceeds Rupees Million 5.0. Acceptance of Bids will be Closed at 2.30 p.m. 011 02.02.2024 and will be Opened Immediately Thereafter. Bidder or One of His Authorized Representatives can be Present at the Opening.
