• Tenders are invited for Purchasing a Land with a Building or a Bare Land for Condominium Management Authority Head Office The Relevant Land or Building - • should have at Least 02 Floors and should be Located Facing the Main Road. • should have a Minimum Floor Area of 20,000 Square Feet and the Total Extent of the Land should be at Least be 60 Perches. • if only a Land, the Extent should be Approximately 60 Perches. • the Building should be Equipped with Water, Electricity and Telephone and Other Infrastructure Facilities. • should have a Fire Protection Method. • There should be Ample Parking Facilities in the Premises. • the Land/or the Land Where the Building is Located should be a Flat Land/ should not be a Marshy Land/ Should not Go under Water during the Rain and There should be Clear Title. “Invitations for Bids for the purchase of a new building or a bare land for the Condominium Management Authority” should be clearly written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope in which the sealed bid is enclosed and should be sent under the registered cover or hand delivered to the following address at or before 2.00 p.m. on 22.11.2021.
