• Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Machinery for the Waste Management Project / Fixing of New Sports Equipment for Rajarata Navodaya Stadium Tender Fee: 3500/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 180000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English could be purchased from 25.04.2022 up to 17.05.2022 from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on submission of a written application and upon payment of the non-refundable document fee to the Accounts Department of Polonnaruwa Municipal Council. The amount given in the table above should be submitted in cash or by bank guarantee obtained from a reputed commercial bank valid up to 02.09.2022 as the refundable Bid Security. Bids in duplicate should be sent by post to reach the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, New Town, Polonnaruwa or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office Room of the Accountant before 14.00 hrs on 18.05.2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of receiving Bids in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives. (At the Auditorium of Provincial Council, Polonnaruwa). Pre Bid Meeting will be held at the Auditorium of Polonnaruwa Municipal Council at 10.00 a.m. on 06.05.2022. Bids submitted should be valid up to 04.08.2022.
