• Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Omf - Drill & Suction Apparatus Omf Drill (Micro Motor System) 01 Double Jar Suction Apparatus 05 Tender Fee: 1500/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 30000 Interested bidders could obtain further details from the Administration Officer at the Office of Regional Director of Health Services, P.O. Box 29, 4th Floor, Kachcheri Complex and bid documents could be purchased during working days from 05.10.2021 up to 26.10.2021 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kalutara after payment of the non-refundable bid form fees as mentioned above. Duly completed bids prepared in two copies and marked as original and duplicate should be enclosed in two separate envelopes and sealed and thereafter, these covers should be inserted in a single sealed envelope and marked with the words 'Purchasing of Omf - Drill (Micro Motor System) & Suction Apparatus for BME/MEQ/RHDP/OME - Suction/2021, purchasing of Clinical Refrigerator & Immunology Analyzer for BME/ MEQ/RHDP/LAB-02/2021' on the top left-hand corner of this envelope and sent by registered post to the above address to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 27.10.2021 or could be inserted in the bid box kept at this address. Bids received late will be rejected and bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting bids in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
