• Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Tractor for Extension of Agriculture Machineries Rental Unit Service. (Tractor -01 No.) Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 55000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Assistant Commissioner of Local Government, Saravana Road, Kallady, Batticaloa / Secretary of the respective Local Authorities, listed in Table from 27.09.2024 until 17.10.2024 from 9.00 hours to 15.00 hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. The method of payment should be by cash. Bids shall be delivered to the Assistant Commissioner of Local Government, Saravana Road, Kallady, Batticaloa on or before 15.00 hours on 17.10.2024. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders or bidders- representatives who choose to attend. The bid validity period is given in the table. The pre bid meetings will be held at the Assistant Commissioner of Local Government, Saravana Road, Kallady, Batticaloa on 07.10.2024 at 10.00 hours. Interested bidders may participate in this meeting on their own expenses.
