• Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Bridge No. 4/1 on Ekala Kotadeniyawa Road(B-111) Bid Security: 1700000/- Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11:00 hrs on 24/02/2022 at the Chief Engineer's office, Road Development Authority, Miriswatta, Gampaha and a site visit will be arranged at Bridge No. 4/1 on Ekala Kotadeniyawa Road at 09:00 hrs on 24/02/2022. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders on prior submission of a written application to Project Director (Special Projects Management Unit), Road Development Authority, P.O. Box No. 23, 1st Floor, "Sethsiripaya - Stage 1", Battaramulla from 10/02/2022 until 08/03/2022 during 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000.00 (without VAT). As per the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 1987, the Agents and Successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of Companies. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid- Security for an amount given in the table. Bid- Security shall be valid up to 30/06/2022. Bid shall be delivered in duplicate to the Director General, Road Development Authority, 1st Floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla on or before 14:00 hrs on 09/03/2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing, in the presence of the bidders or bidder's representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 02/06/2022.
