No. 0112735438 for details). Sealed Tenders should be sent by Registered Post addressed to "Municipal Commissioner, Dehiwala - Mount Lavinia Municipal Council, Dehiwala" or may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Municipal Commissioner's Office. The words, "Invitation for Bids for Recyclable Material - 2022" should be indicated on the top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the Bid and submitted in two copies as original and duplicate. (These two copies should be enclosed in separate envelopes and the envelope containing the duplicate should be appropriately marked as duplicate. Issuing of Tender Forms will close at 3.00 p.m. on 02.09.2022 and accepting of Tenders will close at 3.00 p.m. on 05.09.2022. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing of accepting Bids and the owner of the Institution or his representative could be present on this occasion.
