• Tenders are invited for Refurbishment and Renovation of Theater 07 at National Academy of Dramatic Art at Colombo 07 Tender Fee (Non- refundable) with VAT 18% & SSCL 2.5% (Rs.) 24,190.00 Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond: 3,205,970.00 Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of bids, in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids shall be accompanied with a bid security as indicated in the table given below and shall be valid up to 17th December 2024 for PE/2024/AG/28,AG/29, AV/30,KA/31 and 24th December 2024 for PE/2024/MO/32. Bid securities in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Insurance Bond / Cash shall be in the standard form given in the bidding documents. PE/2024/MO/32 project pre bid meeting will be at 10.00 hrs on 20th of August 2024, 2nd Floor Provincial Road Development Authority (W.P.), No. 59, St. Sebastian Hill, Colombo 12. Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bids received or annul the process at any time without assigning any reasons for the same and to restrict the list of contractors to any number deemed suitable.
