• Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of Gaffoor Building at Colombo Fort - Design, Supply and Installation of External Facade Lighting at Gaffoor Building Tender Fee: 10000/- Non Refundable Bid Bond: 350000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Head of Procurement, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla (Tele: Oil- 3049008) and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the Head of Procurement-s Office on working days from 30th December 2021 to 20th January 2022 - 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by prospective Bidders or their accredited agents on submission of a written request to the Head of Procurement. Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority. 07th Floor. Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla from 30*^ December 2021 to 20th January 2022 - 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on working days upon payment of non-refundable fee as in the above table 01 to Shroff in Finance Division in Urban Development Authority. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of bank guarantee as per the specimen in the bidding documents and issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka and registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka / Construction Guarantee Fund (CGF). The value of the bid securities is stated in Table 01 and shall be addressed to the Chairman, Urban Development Authority. Each bid shall be delivered in duplicate in separate envelopes addressed to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 7th Floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulla, at or before (Date & Time mentioned in Table 02). Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing in the presence of the Bidders representatives who are nominated to attend.
